How We Work
The process

Send us a WhatsApp message or email with your medical reports or a brief description of your condition. You do not need to have everything ready — just start the conversation.

We review your situation and identify the most suitable hospital and specialist in India for your condition. This is done at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.

We submit your reports to our partner hospital and obtain a detailed treatment plan and cost estimate. We present this to you clearly so you can make an informed decision.

Once you are ready to proceed we coordinate your visa invitation letter, hospital admission, airport pickup and pre-arrival logistics. We prepare you for every step of the journey.

We remain in contact throughout your treatment and support your follow-up care when you return home.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a fee for your service?
Our facilitation service is provided at no direct cost to patients. We work with our partner hospitals who support the coordination.
How long does the process take from first enquiry to travel?
This varies by condition and urgency. For most cases we can have an initial treatment plan and cost estimate within 3 to 5 working days of receiving complete medical reports.
Do I need to have a diagnosis before contacting you?
Not necessarily. If you have symptoms and have not yet received a diagnosis we can advise on what initial investigations are needed and which hospitals can assist.
Can you help with visa support?
Yes. We assist with the visa invitation letter from the hospital which is a key document for the Indian medical visa application.
What if I cannot afford the treatment cost?
We present you with options across our hospital network. Costs vary between facilities and we will always present the most appropriate option for your situation honestly.
