Conditions We Cover
Cancer diagnosis and treatment requires specialist care that is not always available locally. India’s leading hospitals offer comprehensive oncology programs including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgical oncology and targeted therapy — often at a fraction of the cost of treatment in Europe or the Gulf. We work with oncology teams at Max Healthcare, Fortis and Medanta who are experienced in managing international patients from East Africa.
What treatment involves
Chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgical oncology and targeted therapy, coordinated through specialist oncology teams.

We coordinate cardiac cases at Medanta, Fortis and Max Healthcare — all with dedicated international patient departments.

End-stage kidney disease requiring transplant is one of the most common reasons East African patients travel to India. India’s transplant centres are experienced, accredited and equipped to manage the full patient and donor journey. Please note that a living donor — typically a family member — is required for transplant coordination. Both patient and donor travel together. We coordinate kidney transplant cases at Amrita Institute and Fortis — two of India’s most respected transplant facilities.
What treatment involves
Full transplant coordination for patient and living donor, including assessment through accredited transplant centres.
Documents to share
Your nephrology reports, dialysis history and details of your intended donor.
Liver failure and end-stage liver disease require highly specialised surgical teams and post-operative care. India’s top liver transplant centres manage complex cases with strong outcomes for international patients. As with kidney transplant a living donor is typically required.
What treatment involves
Specialist liver transplant assessment, surgery coordination and post-operative care planning for complex liver disease.
Documents to share
Your hepatology reports, liver function tests and any imaging reports.
